About Matthew
Matthew brings a practical mix of sales, marketing, and customer support experience to Optimize North. Before moving into marketing, he worked as a special education teacher and a high school cross-country and track coach in Eau Claire. That foundation taught him to break complex goals into simple steps, build systems that work in the real world, and meet people where they are—skills he uses with business owners every day.
Professionally, Matthew has served in technical support, renewal sales, and marketing automation roles in the tech industry, and now works in digital marketing supporting partner programs and data-driven campaigns. He’s led projects that streamline workflows, improve SEO and on-site clarity, and set up straightforward reporting so owners can see what’s working at a glance.
